Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SlingAgent ("SlingAgent," "we," "us"), operated by CD Media, Inc. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use SlingAgent. Questions? Email contact@cdmediainc.com.

The service

SlingAgent helps you promote links you choose — products, posts, events, services, or affiliate links — by generating platform-tailored promotional content and images, minting branded tracking links, and (on paid plans) publishing to social accounts you connect. Features, limits, and availability may change over time. SlingAgent is currently offered in preview and may evolve.

Your account

You must provide accurate information and be at least 16 years old.
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Authentication is handled by our provider (Clerk).
One person or entity per account unless we agree otherwise.

Your content and responsibilities

You own the links and content you add. You are solely responsible for what you promote and for ensuring you have the rights to promote it.
Affiliate and disclosure compliance. If you promote affiliate links, you are responsible for including required affiliate tags and making all disclosures the law and each platform require (for example, FTC disclosures).
Platform rules. When you connect a social account, you must comply with that platform's terms and policies. You are responsible for the posts published to your connected accounts, whether you post them or the agent posts on your behalf.
Prohibited use. Do not use SlingAgent to publish unlawful, deceptive, infringing, hateful, or spammy content; to impersonate others; to violate any platform's rules; or to abuse or overload the service.

You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service — for example, to generate content from the details you provide, mint tracking links, and publish to the accounts you connect at your direction.

AI-generated content

SlingAgent uses AI to draft promotional copy and images. AI output can be inaccurate or unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing content before it is published and for ensuring it is accurate, lawful, and appropriate. Do not rely on generated content as professional advice.

Plans, billing, and add-ons

Paid plans and add-ons (including the short-form video add-on) are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis until canceled. Plan changes are prorated.
Free trials, where offered, convert to paid unless canceled before the trial ends, subject to the terms shown at sign-up.
You can cancel any time from your account; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
We may change prices with reasonable notice.

Third-party services

SlingAgent relies on third parties (including Clerk, Neon, Vercel, Stripe, xAI, and the social platforms you connect). Your use of connected platforms is also governed by their terms, and we are not responsible for their acts or availability.

Intellectual property

SlingAgent, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by CD Media, Inc. and protected by law. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or to copy or resell the service.

Disclaimers

SlingAgent is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will produce any particular result, reach, engagement, or revenue.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CD Media, Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using SlingAgent at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or to protect the service or other users. On termination, your right to use the service ends; sections that by their nature should survive (such as ownership, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above and, where appropriate, notifying you. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which CD Media, Inc. is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
