Buddies

Buddies are creators you connect with to help promote each other's work. Once you're connected, your buddy's shared promos show up in one place, ready for you to adopt — re-linked to your own affiliate tag, so you each keep your own commissions. Open it from Buddies in the top navigation.

Buddies is a Pro and Unlimited feature, and builds on the Promo Store.

Connecting

1. On the Buddies page, enter your buddy's account email and click Send request. (They need a SlingAgent account.)
2. They'll see it under Requests received and can Accept or Decline.
3. If you both send each other a request, it's connected automatically.

You'll see requests you've sent under Pending sent (cancel any time), and everyone you're connected with under Your buddies (where you can Remove a connection).

From your buddies

Further down the Buddies page, From your buddies collects the promos your buddies have shared to the Promo Store. Each one gives you two ways to help:

• Add to my promos (adopt) — copy it into your account as a draft with your own tracking link, so you earn the commission. Exactly like adopting from the store, but scoped to people you know.
• Amplify — post it to your own network under your buddy's link, so they keep the clicks and commission while you lend the reach. It's the reciprocal favor: buddies amplify each other.

Amplifying a buddy's promo

Click Amplify on a buddy's promo and SlingAgent hands you a ready-to-post link that points at your buddy's destination under their affiliate tag. From there you can either:

• Publish to [platform] — if you've connected that account, one click posts the creative and link straight to your own feed, just like publishing your own promo.
• Copy post + link — grab the copy, hashtags, and link together to post by hand anywhere.

Everything you're amplifying is collected under You're amplifying on the Buddies page, each with its own click count and a publish/copy button, so you can post it (or grab the link again) any time. (TikTok is copy-only — it needs a video you make in the TikTok app.)

Because the link is your buddy's, those clicks show up in their analytics (tagged as buddy traffic) and earn them the commission — you're boosting their reach, and they'll do the same for you. Your own amplified promos show a count of how many buddies are amplifying them on your store listings.
