Editing & approving

Every generated promo is a draft you control:

• Edit — tweak the copy and hashtags inline. A live counter keeps you within the platform's character limit.
• Copy post — copies the body, hashtags, and tracking link together, ready to paste.
• Approve — marks the promo ready and places it on your calendar at its scheduled time. Approved promos are what the agent publishes on Auto links.
• Publish now — posts it to the connected account immediately (see Connecting accounts).
• Discard — removes a draft you don't want.

Do several at once

On a link's page, tick the checkbox on each promo (or Select all) and use the bar at the bottom to Publish, Approve, or Discard them together. The Publish count shows how many will actually post — it skips promos whose platform isn't connected or that are already posted.

Nothing posts without your say-so unless you set a link to Auto.
