Publishing calendar
The Calendar (in the top nav) shows the promos that are committed or done — approved, scheduled, posted, or failed — colored by status. Unreviewed drafts don't appear until you act on them, so the calendar stays a clean view of what's actually going out.
- Approve a draft (on its card) and it lands on the calendar at its scheduled time. Links set to Auto skip this — their promos are scheduled automatically.
- Publish now posts immediately, and the event moves to the day and time it actually went out, marked Posted.
New promos are scheduled starting tomorrow at your best posting time — your preferred hours (9am local by default; we detect your timezone from your browser), or, for links on Smart timing, just ahead of when your clicks actually peak. By default every platform for a batch posts the same day, staggered a few minutes apart — or set a link to drip one platform per day in its Promotion Scheduling panel. Every event shows its time in your timezone. From there you can:
- Drag an event to another day to reschedule it (its time of day is kept)
- Click an event to change its exact time, open its link, or delete it
Posted events are locked in place (they already went out) and can't be dragged.
Repeating a post
Open any event and use Repeat to turn it into a recurring series — Daily, Weekly, Every 2 weeks, or Monthly — with a Repeat until date, just like a calendar app. SlingAgent copies the post onto each date in the range (each copy gets its own tracking link). Recurring events show a repeat badge; open one to Delete one occurrence or Delete series to remove them all.
